Just install them and enjoy flash on your Kindle

The new Kindle Fire HD doesn't come with Flash Player, because Flash is no longer supported from Android 4.0 onwards (so this is true for all new Android tablets, and also those Apple iPads).

However, you can sideload Flash Player on the Kindle Fire HD to make it works. I've talked about this in my previous answer here:
