Nope, the Fire doesn't have a USB port, so no flash drives at all. :(

You can't plug flash drive directly to the Kindle Fire, as the Kindle Fire doesn't have USB port. It only has a mini-USB port for connecting to the computer.

However, you can copy the movie from flash drive to the Kindle Fire through a computer. Have both the flash drive and Kindle Fire plugged to the computer, and you can do the copy. Here are the full steps:
